Let’s say you booked some of the big vendors (photographer, venue etc. ) but you are unsure of who or what comes next! Sometimes when we have too many ideas, it can feel like the monkeys have escaped and taken over the circus but that’s what this package is for! This is to get you back on track, book the rest of those vendors and pull together the design elements and color schemes ( and maybe add some!) that will need to start to have some cohesion. Starting to make serious choices in the planning process can get overwhelming so I am here to not only talk you though it but see you through it all until the end. This service will include:

• begins no later than 1 year out from wedding date

• up to 12 hours coverage on the wedding day

• up to 2 detailed planning meetings either in person or virtual

• up to 2 design meetings with vendors if needed

• 3 recommendations per vendor category specifically for you

• today’s wedding etiquette

• build timelines for all vendors and needed family members

• budget support and tracking

• menu assistance

• confirm all details with vendors directly

• present for final walkthrough of venue

• schedule and coordinate rehearsal

• oversee & orchestrate setup and tear down on day of wedding

• exclusive access to planning software to track guest list and RSVP’s

Full Planning & Design

If you have no clue where to start or just simply aren’t the person who likes to plan stuff then you might as well call me your wedding fairy godmother! Need to book your venue? Let’s go visit some places! Can’t decide who should sit where? Let’s chart it out! This package is literally open ended for anything and everything you need from me from design consultations with your vendors, picking out your full menu & bar all the way down to those mini therapy sessions when you find out those same family members are fighting again. After all, you did find your lobster and any couple getting married should be able to just ENJOY this time. While we are on that topic, your family and friends should also be able to enjoy this time WITH YOU and not worrying about the centerpiece placement. Yep I said it! It is absolutely amazing when you have that kind of love and support around however, your family is not a work force and want to spend the day having fun with the both of you. Weddings are a love affair and for that exact reason this service will include:

• begins immediately from date of booking

• UNLIMITED hours of coverage on the wedding day
